To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and the amount will automatically be credited to your credit card or original method of payment.
Register the items you wish to return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Pack your items. Don't forget to remove or cover the old shipping label.
Take your package to a post office within 3 business days of registering it.
Once we have received your return, you will receive your refund within 14 business days.
